01. Erio and the service
These Terms govern the Erio Rank website and Erio LLC’s local SEO, business audits, Google Business Profile management, reporting, and related marketing tools offered under the Eli brand (“Service”). A signed service agreement or order sets the specific scope, price, billing schedule, and any agreed variations; it controls if it conflicts with these general Terms.
This policy site provides information. Visiting it or requesting a free audit does not purchase a subscription. Paid service begins only when you accept the applicable order and authorize payment.
03. Features, approvals, and results
Your purchased plan determines which services and features are included. An audit, report, platform login, or optional add-on does not promise that every available feature is included in your plan. We do not enroll additional business profiles or add paid services without your authorization.
You are responsible for accurate business facts, timely approvals where enabled, and reviewing content that requires approval. AI-generated content can contain mistakes; report issues promptly and do not rely on it for legal, medical, or other professional advice.
Erio does not guarantee a specific Google ranking, a #1 position, a fixed number of leads, revenue, or a timeframe for SEO results. Rankings and results depend on factors outside our control, including Google’s systems, geography, competition, and the business’s own activity. Reports reflect measurements at particular times and locations.
04. Content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of the content you supply and grant Erio and its service providers permission to use, process, adapt, and publish it as needed for your authorized service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for photos, videos, logos, customer information, and other material you provide.
Do not use the Service for fake reviews, misleading business information, unsolicited unlawful messaging, infringement, harassment, fraud, or activity that violates applicable platform rules. You are responsible for permissions and consent relating to your customers and any communications you request.
05. Third-party platforms
Eli is Erio’s branded service using Merchynt’s underlying Paige platform. Google and other providers control their own platforms, availability, permissions, and policies. Erio is not Google and cannot control Google’s ranking decisions, account suspensions, or changes to its services.
Features may change or become unavailable when a provider changes its systems or your access. Relevant third-party terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those providers, alongside your agreement with Erio.
06. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Your order or checkout identifies the price, billing frequency, included profiles, and any usage or add-on fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle, as disclosed when you subscribe. Payments are processed through the payment provider shown at checkout.
Unless your order states otherwise, you may cancel at any time by contacting support@erio.ai; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access ends when that period expires. Prepaid fees and usage charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under applicable law or your payment provider’s dispute procedures. If payment fails, we may retry payment and suspend the service while amounts remain unpaid.
07. Trials and promotions
A trial or promotion applies only when expressly offered, under the price, duration, limitations, renewal, and cancellation terms disclosed for that offer. An Erio trial does not automatically include every add-on or a third party’s paid membership. No trial or client price is promised by this informational website.
08. Communication and SMS terms
We may send service-related onboarding, approval, reporting, support, and billing communications. Promotional calls and texts require the appropriate consent; supplying contact details alone does not provide that consent. Any optional marketing consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving an audit.
For an Erio text program: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out, and reply HELP for help. Contact support@erio.ai or (786) 788-0486 for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
See our Privacy Policy for information handling and the protection of mobile opt-in data and consent.
09. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide the agreed Service, but uninterrupted availability, error-free content, message delivery, and results cannot be guaranteed. Provider outages, account-access changes, carrier issues, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.
To the extent permitted by law, Erio is not responsible for losses caused by third-party outages, ranking changes, or your inaccurate information or unauthorized use. Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will provide notice of material changes when required. Changes to a paid subscription’s price or scope will be communicated under your agreement and applicable requirements. These Terms do not retroactively replace an existing service agreement.
