01. Who we are and what this covers

Erio LLC, operating as Erio (“Erio,” “we,” “us”), provides local SEO, Google Business Profile management, business audits, reporting, and related marketing tools under the Eli brand. This policy describes how we handle information through our websites, forms, communications, and these services.

A business using Erio remains responsible for its own customer notices and permissions. This policy describes Erio’s practices; it does not replace that business’s privacy policy or the policies of independently operated third-party services.

02. Information we handle

  • Contact and account details: names, business names, email addresses, telephone numbers, service areas, account information, and details submitted in forms or support requests.
  • Business profile and marketing information: public business listings, profile identifiers, categories, services, opening hours, website links, reviews, replies, posts, and ranking or performance information used in audits and reports.
  • Authorized connected-account data: profile information and permissions made available when you connect Google or another supported account, limited by the permissions you approve and the features you use.
  • Content you provide: photos, videos, business updates, messages, approvals, and other material supplied for managing your business’s online presence.
  • Lead and communication details: information submitted through an audit or inquiry form, communication preferences, consent records, and correspondence.
  • Technical information: service and hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser or device details, usage events, cookies, and security logs needed to operate their services.
  • Billing information: subscription and transaction records; payment-card details are handled by the payment processor rather than entered into this informational website.

This site currently provides information and policy pages; it does not itself connect your Google account or collect payment-card details. Connected platform features process information when you choose to use them.

03. Why we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver audits, set up and manage authorized business profiles, prepare or publish approved content, provide performance reports, operate accounts, process payments, support clients, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations.

We also use communication preferences and consent records to send service messages or marketing messages where permitted. Information supplied for an audit is used to prepare the audit and respond to your request; optional marketing permission is separate from requesting an audit.

04. Google and other account connections

You choose whether to connect an account and approve the permissions displayed by that provider. Depending on those permissions, the connected platform may be able to view and manage business listings, posts, media, reviews, and related information. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

You can revoke a connection through the relevant provider’s account settings and contact support@erio.ai for help disconnecting services. Revoking access can stop features from working; it does not automatically cancel a paid subscription or erase content already published.

We do not ask you to email us your Google password. Information handled through connected Google services is subject to the applicable Google permissions and policies.

05. Service providers and disclosures

Erio uses third-party tools to provide the service. Merchynt LLC supplies the underlying Paige platform that Erio presents as Eli and processes information needed to operate authorized profile management, audits, reporting, content, and related features. Google supplies the connected Business Profile services; HighLevel supports Erio’s customer-management and communication workflows. Hosting, email, messaging, and payment providers process information needed for the functions they perform.

For more information about the underlying platform, see Merchynt’s privacy policy. We share information with providers as needed to deliver the services you request, and may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, security, or prevent fraud.

We do not sell personal information. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information solely to support and deliver our communications.

06. Email, calls, and text messages

Service messages may include onboarding instructions, approvals, photo requests, review reminders, reports, account updates, and responses to your requests. Erio’s platform email contact is support@erio.ai.

Marketing calls or texts require the appropriate permission. Providing a phone number or requesting an audit does not by itself give consent to promotional calls or texts. Where offered, marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services or receiving an audit.

  • Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to an Erio text to opt out of further text messages from that program.
  • Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@erio.ai or (786) 788-0486.
  • You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option provided or by contacting us; essential account or transactional messages may still be sent.

07. Cookies and third-party websites

Connected services and hosting providers may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, or measurement. This policy site does not add advertising pixels or analytics scripts. If additional tracking or marketing tools are introduced, we will update the disclosures and provide any choices required for their use.

You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling them may affect connected-service functionality. Links to Google, Merchynt, and other independently operated sites are governed by those sites’ own practices.

08. Retention and security

We retain information for the time reasonably needed to deliver services, maintain business and consent records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. Retention varies with the type of information and the service provider involved.

We take reasonable measures to protect information, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

09. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable rights concerning your information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask about connected-account access. We may need to verify a request and may retain records where legally required or needed for legitimate business purposes. Where a client business controls the information, we may direct the request to that business or assist it in responding.

Services are intended for adults acting on behalf of businesses. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information; contact us if you believe it has been submitted.

10. Updates and contact

We will post policy revisions here and provide additional notice when required for a material change. A new use requiring consent will not be authorized merely by posting an updated policy.
